The U-Step works very well for a user with advanced PD like myself, the enveloping construction is excellent compensation for bodily imbalance. I have had your U-Step on trial for some three months, two of which were in hospital, so it had good publicity. I have the freezing type of Parkinson's disease and from the beginning it has greatly enabled me to walk better - with confidence, bigger steps etc as your recorded comments say.
